Do people use Freeads when looking for horses to buy?

Certainly. I know if I look in the local Freeads that Im going to find horses within my area. Its the first place I look, although I do obviously look elsewhere too. Ive also sold two horses via the Freeads over the years, both TBs and neither very expensive. I found good local homes for both.
 
Yep. Trade-it for my local area. Looking on Pre-loved but their format is harder to do specific searches and you end up trawling through everything.

Think I have just about every freead site saved as a favourite at the moment looking for a pony to loan. I keep checking every hour or so in case new ads have been posted - strike while the iron is hot and all that :rolleyes:
 
Yes, I found my last horse on Preloved, and he was only a few miles away. I'd previously tried sites like Horsemart and travelled 2 hrs South and 2 hrs North to try horses, so it seemed like fate, especially as I'd not really looked on there much before.

I have to say no. I have tried to look at preloved but I find it a really scrappy site to use and to search. I tend to look on H&H, HorseQuest and HorseDeals. I think cheaper horses are advertised on preloved etc.

I know this sounds like I am being a snob - sorry.
