Do V-Bandz still trade?

I placed an order with V-Bandz on 6th May, got an automated “we’ve received your order” together with an order number but then nothing. I emailed on 13th asking when my item may be dispatched but have not had a response. Tried calling, no answer. When I log in to my account on their website, the status just says ‘in progress’. It says to allow 2-3 working days to dispatch. Are they still trading? It’s only a hi-vis but my old VBandz has died a death and really like their design

I suspect that much of the V Bandz stuff is not made until an order comes in. Her comms aren’t the best, but her products are. Hang on in there .

On the bright side, I got a freebie with my last order as it took so long! And it always feels like a surprise gift when it does arrive
