Read today that over 100 dogs have been rescued from a breeder and are now in the hands of a charity so they will be looking for new homes at some point.

FWIW they are lovely dogs if you have the space and don't mind slobbers.

I love them!! There is a new puppy near me and I regularly see her walking down the road, she is a fabulous ball of fluff!

I think they are beautiful, the slobber is irrelevant when you cuddle them!
but not enough space, and I have just got a border collie from boyfriend for birthday, so might be a bit much! hehe

just found the story, I have to say I would not condemn someone who has done so much for breeding in the past until she is found and her situation is clear. Poor lady may have been murdered for all we know (not that anyone has done so on H&H, but the news article is leaning that way).

I read 98 were rescued but 2 have since died

Includes adults and puppies.

TBH, breeder or not I can't see how anyone can expect to sell / keep circa 100 dogs of that size. Where is the market for them to justify an operation of that big.

I hope this has a happy outcome for all concerned.
