Ever since i was v v v v v v v small, iv had a fascination with maroon and green! so all our rugs/body protectors/numnahs/jackets/bandages/boots/leadropes were matching....rather twee!!!!! even our pony club sweatshirts and skull cap covers were maroon and green, coz my mum was on the committee when the pony club was founded! now, however, i look more for bargains than colour....as a result, ellie has a rather garish purple new zealand, and a tartan stable rug!!

Ooooh yes! I'm obsessed

All my stuff is navy and dark green. Then I have burgandy for the ponies when they are being driven. All my tack has to be matching, so brown bridle with my brown GP saddles, and black bridle with my black dressage saddle

I dont really care to try that hard with rugs- they will just get dirty but if there is a navy option I tick it!
My travelling stuff is coordinated, either the navy and embroidered sponsored rugs etc or the everyday battered black boots and rung.
When I jump there is a slight lean towards navy with pink accents, for XC it tends to be pink/purple and OMG I sound like I have OCD...

This month I am going through a brown phase, brown boots, brown hat, brown breeches and a brown hoodie....turd girl!

everything's been red and blue since i was a kid, never bothered changing it. i do try to get all sorts of weird colours for turnout rugs though, so i can tell them all apart.
i changed my xc colours years ago for half a season and it was disastrous, so went back to patriotic colours, and my luck came back... good enough proof for me!

Preferably navy with light blue, or else predominantly navy, but I am prepared to be flexible if it's a good quality bargain off ebay or wherever.

absolutely, so far i have 1) black and grey 2) cream and beige 3) green and green 4) blue and blue 5) maroon and pink and some others i cant even remember, and it all has to match with coats and chaps, yes you read that right, coats and chaps too, ridiculous but something i cant get out of. someone asked the oh if i had a pink hat too the other day! used to be down to the underwear but i had an accident once, ended up in casualty with green knickers worn to match my green jods and was really embarrassed trying to explain that one away so now i stick with black or white only (but matching top to bottom half)

As anyone on my yard will agree - everything of mine is purple. When I was younger every horsey thing I got was purple and when I bought my new horse I had to buy everything rugs, nummahs, headcollars etc so (of course) I got everything in purple!! It has got to the point that anything purple on the yard gets handed to me whether it is mine or not!

My yard buddies take the mick but I have noticed my friend buying everything red and blue for her new horse!

I always buy things in blue - but I dont think it gets noticed as much as purple!

Actually I hadn't noticed but thinking about it now you do have everything blue!. So that's you and Kelly that can't take the mick out of my colour co-ordination fetish!

Yes, if you count various shades of brown for tack

No, if you are talking about my rugs, I have blues, tartans, purples, golds, greens....anything that is in the shop that fits at the time basically. I am most untrendy.

My stable doors match the green barns though

I normally end up getting what ever is on special offer! Although all mine have certain coloured numnahs and headcollars.

Saying that I have a fab turquise headcollar for Amber and would love to get matching travel rug/boots but can not find anything the same colour.
