weve had torrential rain all day and an event planned on grass tomorrow.not sure how boggy /slippy it will be and whether to give it a miss.pony club camp next week so dont want any injuries.would you
do you compete on grass when its so wet

Depends what you're doing and where you are? For me its meant to be better tomorrow hence XC schooling then rather than today.

I don't -- mainly because my horse falls over on DRY grass, so no hope on wet. Unless we stud up...and then that's a different story - but only on the flat cos I'm a woooossssss

Will on wet grass but put studs in.
If really sodden and churned up would probably leave it as always other shows.
Would also leave it if ground really hard due to good sunny weather (but thats the least likely one up here
)
