Do you ever feel guilty

over the amount of time spent at horses ?
Feel really bad had intended to get home early to spend time with OH but yet AGAIN landed up coming home at 4pm having been at yard since 10am.By time get my lot done then friend needed help with her one then needed to go buy a new bit time had just flown by.
Got home OH gone out with dogs and will be working tonught(does night shift).Am feeling really guilty as he has been left alone again...

We have agreed times that I will be home by. On a week night its usually 7.30, on a Saturday I aim to be home from the yard by 1. Obviously this changes sometimes but it means that I can be relaxed about the time that i do spend their because its my time to spend as I wish, whether I choose to spend that time helping others or doing my own horse.
