I love Rydale clothing, if I need a new coat or hoodie, its always the first place I look.

I also love Mark Todd things, Have a coat and body warmer that I love! I also find that I love all the things in his range for horses. Seems Im drawn to his stuff without seeing the name.

So what do you like?

Daughter loves Sherwood forest jodphurs! They are the only ones that she doesn't have to chop off about 6" off the bottom (only takes about 2" off these :D) & the rest fit her perfectly! She's such a short arse :D

Musto, Mountain Horse and Joules. I have worn musto stuff for years and I find it fits well, washes well and lasts. Whilst I do love my Joules polo shirts and hoodies I find the colours fade very quickly and items can soon look old before their time ( and I only use non bio washing powder)

I have yet to purchase some ariat clothing other than my boots and I love love love them!

I rarely buy tops/jumpers etc. from horsey brands as they're just so much more expensive than jumpers from other shops, I tend to get mine in H&M etc. I do have a lovely Toggi gilet though, they seem to be better from horsey shops. I like Joules (for non-horsey clothes as well) and Mountain Horse, Caldene for jodhpurs.

Ill sound really thick here, but I dont know what a Blouson is :o
This is what I have though

I love it, but the elastic round the waist makes it raise up a bit, so sometimes I feel cold, but I love it :)

That's it, I think it's just a fancy name for that style haha! :D I've gone on a crazy rampage recently and I've bought a grooming kit and box to match the jacket perfectly. Kind of silly for me to buy it now that winter never came in Ireland but sure it'll be good for next winter! Could you get away with wearing it during a cool summers day though or is it too heavy? Also how is the sleeve length? I'm stuck between xsmall or just small as I'm 8/10 and just worried my arms might be too long :(

It is quite light, but its not paper thin like some of the jackets you come across.
I wear mine all year round :) I think its an ideal jacket for a slightly cooler day/evening in summer. Or over layers in winter :)

Ariat for footwear and tops. Musto for coats and gilets. I also like Joules, Kingsland, HV Polo and Chukka for tops that are trendy too. I can't beat Derby House, Pikeur and Eurostar for breeches.

Quite agree about looking old. I also noticed that the quality is not as good either. I have some seriously old Joules tops that are far better than their young pretenders! Love Ariat boots & Pikeur breeches. Yet to find competition jacket off the peg that fits as I am 5 foot. Had one tailor made years ago but now needs letting out!
