Hi everyone!
I'm a student studying my final year to get my BSc Equine Science Degree.
For a dissertation, i have proposed the study of the influence of genetic contribution and adaptive change in relation to the development of kissing spine.
As a result, i am looking for anyone in the Kent area (specifially Medway, Sheppey, etc) with horses with kissing spine. There will be no invasive tests done, and ideally (but no required) vet information will be obtainable!
This study will allow people in the future to minimise the problem of kissing spine, whether it be through better breeding, resulting in better anatomy of the dorsal spine processes- allowing horses to live a longer, more comfortable life!
If you have this, please contact me on millerm.sian@gmail.com
Thank you!
