I have 6. One jockey one vented in the stables, same in the van, one velvet show hat and one MIPS vented birthday present that I don't get given for a few weeks.

I have one in the van and one to ride out in, all quite new and no falls.

One MIPs thing that doesn't feel stable, so I have taken it out of use, although it hasn't had any falls.

3 that have had falls but I use around the yard/ just take up shelf space. Some are over 10 years old though.
2 that are now too big (I lost weight, I seem to have lost it off my head too- who knew?).

I've got a bit of a collection of riding hats which went up by one yesterday, as it happens :D.

Current helmets (as in not had falls, up to current standards and good to ride in) include my trusty Gatehouse HS1 jockey skull, which makes my already large head look enormous. Then a much cheaper and more flattering Charles Owen JS1 jockey skull. Yesterday's purchase was a Uvex Exxential ventilated helmet with MIPs, which fits me better than either of the previous two, plus it looks good and will be for summer wear.

I've also got an old style (undamaged but not compliant with current standards) ventilated Gatehouse Conquest which I use for non ridden stuff such as loading or lunging.

Plus I bought a new Specialized MIPs cycle helmet yesterday too!

I have two. My current Charles Owen Thelwell pattern riding helmet and an older Harry Hall one that hasn't ever been knowingly dropped or fallen off in, but was retired from riding due to its age. I wear it on the ground sometimes when I'm bringing in or turning out.

Yep I have a collection.
A vintage beige Patey
A Lock & Co navy beagler
A third beagler in burgundy because you can never have enough hats that aren’t safe to ride in!!! (They’re for in hand)
Two velvet CO’s one in grey one in navy
And finally a blinged up kask

Uvex for hacking and wet competing
Charles Owen skull for anything involving solid fences
Charles Owen suede smart dressage hat - that is too nice to allow out in the rain.
I genuinely do use all of them

I’ve got a new CO J3 Jockey Skull which I haven’t worn yet, a new fancy Uvex for dressage to replace my Gatehouse which went out of standard after two uses, a blue Velvet CO Wellington for showing. I’m currently hacking and schooling in the Gatehouse but need to get rid of it as not up to safest standards and am thinking of a Uvex Exxential possibly MIPS as the JS is too hot for everyday use. An old black velvet CO kids own which I’ve kept in case I need a black hat.

Gatehouse RXC1 for everyday.
Navy velvet for showing/dressage.

Both live in my tack locker - velvet one in a padded storage bag and skull cap just on the hat shelf.

I have:
a Charles Owen Ayrshire Plus in navy which is my SJ/DR/showing competition hat.
A black sparkly HS1 skullcap for XC which turned out to be two cm too small for me (apparently I'm a different head size between skull cap and normal riding hat, who knew?!)
A disgusting old Harry Hall which was used for everyday riding until very recently when it was replaced by:
A Charles Owen MS1 Pro Skull with MIPS now for everyday riding and XC without the crushing headaches.
I also have a cheapo Decathlon hat and a Champion skull cap in my tack locker belonging to my partner

Massive collection but only essential helmets for each sport.
3x equestrian
2 x water ski-ing
3 x snow ski-ing
2 x cycling
1 x roller blading

The excess is due to me arriving somewhere having forgotten my helmet or accidentally picked up my husbands or one of the kids helmets thinking it’s mine. I then have to March over to the merchandise stand or pop into the ski shop on-site and buy a new one.

Just the one for me! (Though it needs upgrading). But my livery lady has multiple due to growing children! I swear there’s about 6/7 in the tack room not including mine!

Yes, I have a collection because I don't tend to throw old ones away. I've my new mips uvex one, my non mips uvex, my last skull cap and another helmet, champion, I think. I think that's it but there could be more hanging around.
