No just have the Amigo light weights, the summer turnout and the navy one that slightly thicker denier. Other than that I use my Rambo Duo which is a lightweight on its own and I layer it with the liners if I want a bit more warmth. Use the liners with any rug be it stable or turnout as they dont put any pressure anywhere like the withers. Prefer to do this method than fleeces as dont like too many belly straps for my accident prone horse to get her legs tangled up in.
Yes, I have a LW with 40g fill (not completely waterproof so only for colder dry days) and a no fill rainsheet with neck. I don't like layering so have a rug for every occasion.
yes - effectively I have 4 weights of rug - plain unlined sheet (Mark Todd), lined Mark Todd, using the same unlined neck cover, then a middleweight (350) Fal and Wug plus, then Heavyweight 450 Taka Combo. Have been known to have the MW and HW on in the depths of winter. My boy is fully clipped and I can safely say our yard has to be one of the coldest places in winter as it is right on top of a hill .. and yes, I will get through every rug in the winter!!
Belle has a LW with fill and then a MW with neck. She is currently in the LW overnight and then naked during the day.
The retired horse and pony have MWs for the cold weather and then no fills. Currently naked in day with no fills overnight.
I really wish I had a no fill for Belle as I am a bit soft with her and am worried about her first naked night (which I imagine will be soon). I would rather that she could wear a no fill for a while first but we have so many rugs that my parents would die if I got more!
