All these years I have merrily being applying purple spray to my horses various cuts and sores without sparing a moments thought to if it stings or not.
My lovely youngster decided to strip my hands this weekend and all I had available to put on it was some prple (in this case turquoise) spray. I thought that would do the trick so sprayed away.
I think it is safe to so that it is one of the most painful treatments I have ever given myself, I was incredibly tempted to cry!!
My horses never bother when I spray it on, do they have no nerve endings!

token pic of my hand and a harsh reminder to wear gloves when loading sh*t bag!

Ouch that looks painful!! Sadly I did the same thing a couple of months ago so now I know why my tb puts up such a fuss!! Never mind the fact that the spray stains, it also stings like hell!!

Ouchy is an understatement, I could hardly sleep the first night as they were hurting so much! And I thought I was tough!!
I also have one on the other hand and I can't dry my hair or play on the Wii!!
My young lady has a lot to answer for!

Ow that looks painful! Thankfully i have never used purple spray on cuts, i always use green oils, fab stuff.
My boy took the skin off my fingers before, Ouch!! Espesially when i got in the bath!

Oh yes.. Does it sting more on a burn than a cut then? I just assumed that broken skin was broken skin, am I being a dumb a$$?!

I was looking for my Savlon antiseptic spray but couldn't find it, found it when I got home later and realised this stings just as much!
My mum did tell me to put some cream on it but this was the first thing I came to, teach me for being lazy!
I am noticing that I'm not very good at applying logic in the wound department, maybe it does sting my neds and they just feel so sorry for me and my lack of functioning brain cells that they don't bother reacting

Is that alamycin spray? It wouldn't occur to me that it would sting either! Although I probably wouldn't have put it on a friction burn

Hope you get better soon!
