Hey everyone.
I am looking to trace a horse who i fell in love with as a child, called MEG. We were going to buy her from a riding school named Glen jakes at the time, but unfortunately Meg was so lame she couldnt put her hoof down and we were waiting with the trailer to take her. My vet advised me no to take her so I never did. At the time I was just a child so the decision was ultimately my parents and obviously we never took her. We were all pretty upset.
Anyway, after that we kind of lost her somewhere along the lines. I heard she was sold to a woman in the poynton area but never had any validation to it, I was also told that she went to the 'meat man' - also just a rumor.
She was about 10 about 9 years ago ish. Dark bay mare approx 15.2hh with a small white star (I dont remember leg markings), thought to be a thoroughbred type and she had a few problems with hind leg, would just like to know if she's still around and doing okay? One thing i remember she was a forward ride and sometimes threw her head up, but obviously this might not still be the case.
She was going to be my first horse and I didn't get over the loss for a long time. There was some disagreement between the seller and my parents so I never got to see her again. She was a very gentle mare as i remember.
Sorry for my photos, we didn't use digital cameras back then!
