...a hunt in/near Kent or East Sussex with no jumping? I know there are a few around the UK over moorland etc but not sure about the S. East...

Jumping is entirely optional with most hunts - there are always a section of the field who never jump and know all the gates and gaps. If you give the secretary of your local hunts a call they can advise further (www.mfha.co.uk)

Very often you will hear a yell go round of 'jumpers follow me, non-jumpers follow Mrs Tiddly-Poosh)
