Question in the title.

Can they see out of it at night?

Beating in mind most of the midges are dawn and dusk - do you leave it on all the time?

I leave mine on all the time. Never had any problems.

I don't see the point in taking it off when i'm down there at 6-7pm because the midges are at there worst!

leave them on as the midges are at their worst at dusk and dawn, so thats when they need the protection most

That's what I thought and as I don't get up at dawn (4am) to run down the road to put it on, then I have been toying with leaving it on all the time.
