I HATE Boss's name, its a horrible harsh sounding name, and if it wasn't for the fact that he has had that name for 15 years, Id change it (and its bad luck, and i need all the good luck I can get!)

Freddie is a super cool name! I LOVE it

When i bought Darcy he was Mr Crystal :| ...
im sorry, but come on!? lol
The day before we went to see him, my instructor told me she'd had a dream where i had a mr darcy, sooo it sort of stuck :P

He seemed to respond to it soon enough

Mattie: It suits him to the ground although when hes wondering off he usually gets MATTHEW! bellowed at him
but his race name is Dark Pleasure which I don't think I like

But my horse and OH share the same name, also my old farrier and best friends OH all had the same name as the horse as well.
Lots of matt-ness

When we bought my mare almost 17yrs ago, she did not have a name, she was a gypsy horse from auction, we called her Seren, which is welsh for star, and it suits her personality on the whole

yeah i like mines, but then again i did name him so you know

he was called Sergio when i got him and that was just too awful to even breathe lol so i have a Marley

and it suits him somewhat

I'm not sure..not overly keen on the name Maisy as I have a great aunt maisy and she is an odious blob of a woman

However it does suit her, I think

have no idea what else she could be called...

I like Ellies name but it is very common! She actually gets called Missy or Madam a lot at the moment to her grumpy mareish behaviour!

New cob is called Chad. I didn't like it at first but it is growing on me. I was looking at buying a youngster a few months ago and would have called him Darcy.

One of my ponies has the show name Mockbeggar Gonna Getcha at Minerva. A mouthful I know but it was inspired cos she used to chase anyone who went in her field.

My horse is called TicTac!!! How on earth did anybody come up with that? The only TicTac's I know are sweeties, she can be I suppose but it's certainly not a name I consider calling a horse.

Some of my previous horses Names. Solomon ( named by me)
Ataboy, totally disliked that so I called him Alby, much nicer.
Michael Mouse. Mickey for short
Henry
Sarebo pronounced Sareebo but known as Sam for short.
Charlie
Forrester
Boots

Phoenix - was Deigo when we brought him really didnt suit him took us about a month to decide on Phoenix but he definately suits him

Prince - is a typical gypsy cob name (originally from a travellers site!) very common but suited him so kept it, although now wish he came with the name Duke!

Shiloh - (spelt Shylo on her passport) came with the name, we were going to change once we sussed her personality out but suits her

I love the name Vimto for a cheeky sec A!

My old lad is called Hadleigh, named after a guy on a tv series. When I bought him he was called George and he is definitely not a George. Also the only horse to put me in hospital was called George.
My wb is called Whisky and I'm not keen on it but he was 9 when I got him and I didn't want to change it. His registered name is Windsor.

Mine couldn't be any more predictable... oh I don't know, what on earth shall we call a black cob that is more carthorse than carriage horse, 2hh too short, the wrong sex and with an extra white sock...

I quite like Roger, when he was driven it was Roger and Tommy but most of the time he's spud, my sister has been calling him podge but i've been telling her off cause he'll get a complex when he's slim.
Her fell is called Athena but most of the time she's thena except when she's in trouble, so most of the time lol

I didn't like my lads proper name when I got him - Vanade - so I just call him Vinny or Vin which I think he suits.

I hate my horse's name. Who on Earth calls a blue and white mare "patches"? It's vile!

Patch is a dog's name. It's far worse for the fact that she's faded now she's 11 and everyone wonders why my seemingly white horse is called Patches!

Clipped out or wet and you can see her colouration, but you do have to look hard to spot it! I tend to refer to her as Miss P these days.
