I have just been to the local tack shop to buy a second lunge line and a new lunging whip, mine is at the back of the garage and I can't borrow one forever! So I decided to get another lunge line for long reining, and bearing in mind some nifty little tips, I decided to get one in a different colour than the one I already have, so that I can tell my left from my right (something that I have enough trouble doing at the best of times!!) So they had 3 colours, baby blue (which he already had), bright purple (which was garish and would not have matched well with the blue) and BABY PINK , so ben now has a baby pink lungeline.

It gets worse, I picked up a wonderful lunge whip in red and black (cost £13.99) but at the last minute I spotted one that was slightly shorter for £5.99 in (you've guessed it) baby pink.

I think Ben is going to grow up with some issues, he has no choice but to be very in touch with his feminine side LOL!! Although I shall never stoop so low as to put KP stuff on him, no matter how much they reduce it in price :D

I feel sure that you will all get a proper update with lots of pics very soon, I also bought myself a nifty head camera for a bargin £25.00 (following someones earlier post) so we will be videoing bens progress.

When I bought Leo he came with a baby pink headcollar and lead rope.....and it really suited him! Leo is chestnut with flaxen mane and tail and according to my son is obviously gay (cos he's too pretty to be a gelding?) so I had to go straight out and get him a manly blue one!

Oh nice :D....least nobody will want to borrow it or worse still run off with it.

I have a pink grooming kit and Mackenzie's feed and water bucket is also pink:o

I've just recently purchased him some new OR boots, no not pink, bright yellow (thought they would go with my hi viz stuff) but that colour actually quite suits him (it's like a yellow lemon colour) so I think I may have to look out for some lemony coloured boots to match :o

I bloody hope they won't! At least I will be able to tell who the culprit is. I went the other day to get my new pot of effol hoof oil off my shelf, I found the top resting on top and the middle had be gouged. There is a woman up at my stable and her children, well they need to learn what they can and can't do, lets just leave it at that. Luckily my 2 have now moved down from the main yard and I have a little area all to myself, bliss :D:D

Where was the head camera from? I want a camera I can attach to the dog to get a canine-eye view and £25 is not a bad price - would it work for that do you think?

Don't fisher price (or some other kid company) do one, that's cheap? My mate kids had one on her cat collar and saw him getting up to lots of naughty stuff. (her cat was huge thou, bigger than a lot of dogs, as I'd thought the camera would be heavy )

I really hope they dont, as my 11,3 gelding pony has everything pink.
He has a pink full neck turnout rug, head collar, boots numnah, and fleece rug and many more.

This wasnt intended but my daughter entered a competition in a pony magazine to win £250 worth of cottage craft stuff and won, which was great but they sent pink instead of blue, oh well i think he secretly likes it as no one pinches his gear :)
