Do you think they stand a chance of fitting

Bought some easy boots for my mare. They arrived this morning and I haven't had a chance to try them yet but I did pop the cuts outs I have of her feet in. The cut outs fit perfectly as if they were made to measure.

I'm not however sure they will go on tho with such a "perfect" tight fit

Luckily her feet are still shrinking so once this last bit of old hoof grows out I think they will be ok.

Will try the bag on her foot thing although my next worry is what if I can't get them back off :D:o

Yeah, they should be hard to get on and off if you don't want them coming off involuntarily. Get one of those rubber hammers to help get them on. For getting them off again, just be patient and keep wiggling them (without yanking the pastern downwards and pulling hard which is tempting IME :o )

And let the horse step into them, sometimes it works to place their foot down slightly forwards. I have a mallet but find it easier just to walk him round in a circle and sort himself out! We have gloves btw

Ooh good. Is the bit of webbing threaded on one meant to aid getting them on and off?

I find mine will come off by putting my finger down the back of the heel :) Ive also once had to stand on the back of them then lift the leg like you would pull your own boot of ut only once after the got and extensive soaking and the water was like a vacuum :)
