It would help if you had better photos. You have far too many of the outside from far away and none focusing on the items which are making it more expensive. You need some of the tack locker, what its like in the horse bit. Do you have a table in the living? Wheres the photo of the toilet? Plus you need to make it spotless and take out everything which makes it yours. Sweeping the floor, taking out haynet, tidying the living. Go on to some coachbuilders websites and see how they photograph there boxes.

At the moment if you didn't read the text then you would think it was just an average old man lorry.

Well as we got 5k for our 1989 G reg VW LT35 last year, I can't see why this wouldn't be selling. It seems a really reasonable price! We sold ours within a few days and all we did was park it near a busy road with a for sale sign in it. We do live in an extremely horsey area, though.

The LT35 is compact, has no living, takes 2 horses, side loading and couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding. It was going to run out of tax within weeks of selling it (we were going to offer to renew tax but she bought it with no haggling as she loved its neat, compact style!). It had less than 6 months on the MOT. Did have new tyres etc, though. Also had a slight problem with first gear and usually had to pull off in second! The lady and man who bought it were in their 50s so qualified to drive more than 3.5 tonne if they wished. We had quite a lot of interest actually. We still got just above 5k. You should get 7k. Perservere as the current climate is gloomy and people need to be gently teased to part with anything more than a tenner!

The first thing that struck me is that you have not put any information about the horse area - what are the dimensions? What size horses have you had in it? Also, why are you advertising on ebay? Alot of people wouldn't buy a lorry from ebay. When we sold ours, we put them on Horsemart and they were snapped up within days. You need some better photos of the living and close up ones of the horse area.
