OK, had an old friend say some pretty mean things about Monty basically because he is Palomino, PBA and has never liked any horse I have ever bought so was wondering what you all thought of him?

Is he really that bad?
Every horse has it's faults (D has lots but she likes him) but he is sweet although a little dippy

he is lovely- and even if i had a 3 legged donkey i wouldnt expect anyone to pass comment on it.not a nice person saying things like that.

I think your donkey looks very sweet and so long as you like him, then that's all that matters.

I think he is beautiful - I love his dappled coat and he also looks a kind chap. Take no notice of your 'friend' - the word 'jealousy' sprung straight to my mind - I could be wrong though.

You know I love Monty so don't let people like that get you down! I have been told my horse is ugly, he can't jump, has short legs and is "clearly" not a dressage horse by different people (god knows what he is good for then

To be honest it matters not what anyone else thinks of your horse as it is your horse, i admit it's not nice when someone says nasty things though, personally i think he is lovely...
