Dock Removal

I am looking for a contractor in the Plymouth area to come and spray my docks in my horses field.

We have been strimming them frequently to stop the re-growth, but it's not working as well as we would hoped. Now that the Autumn flush is about to come through, I would love to kill off the docks so that my winter grazing is much better.

Does anyone know of a contractor who sprays Grazon 90 in the Plymouth / Devon area????

I do mine myself, I use a knapsack. I'v used thrust this year, was about £50 plus vat but have loads of the stuff and has killed all my ragwort and nettles this year! Will be doing again this autumn. So much cheaper as I'v got enough spray for the next 3 years and is really easy to do.

I also thought you were chopping off your horses docks!! Thank god your not!!

we have also used a knapsack sprayer to kill the docks in our field,we did it for 3 years before finally this year not one has appeared
also by spraying this way you can target the docks & not other plants /clover/grasses that you would like to keep in your pasture.it is time consuming though.
