Dock weeds in haylage - is it safe to feed?

I've googled this but can't find it anywhere. Can I feed haylage with quite a lot of docks in it? There are also quite a few thistles but I know these are OK as my horses love them dried. There isn't any ragwort or anything else nasty just a bucket load of purple clover. I'm quite happy to sell this for cattle as I only took on the grass let this year and didn't have time/money to spray. Would really welcome advice from somebody who knows the answer!

Horses won't eat docks in hay/lage or in the field. They'll pick through and leave the docks.
