Anyone own or used to own a Dodge 50 horsebox? I am thinking of buying one but wondered if anyone had any views on them first?

My friend had one.......................parts can be a problem to get but apart from that it was great!

I had one about 2 years ago. You need to watch the weight if you have 2 bid horses in as although they are 5.5 t some come close to limit with 1 horse + tack, etc.
Only thing I didnt like about it was that it was high off the ground so tended to roll around corners. Not the nicest of feelings! This may be different on one you're looking at depending on springs etc.
Parts are fine to get still and was reliable.

I've got a dodge 6.6 t and they are fab. Don't agree about parts being hard to get as Massey Fergusson tractor bits fit them.
