I am to trying to sell my ID filly, I put a free ad up on the horse exchange. When she gets ridden away a bit more I will advertise else where. Anyways, last night (really late) I had email asking for pictures so I sent some (the ones which were posted up on here). Got a reply when I checked my emails saying that she would like to come and see her. She asked- has she got a proper passport (well duh!), has it got papers (Irish draughts have a society passport which is stamped when the pass inspection so no 'papers'), and would she be suitable for working hunters and showing as she was a 'show judge'??? Now as I have said earlier that although she is going nicely and is quiet, she has some pretty bad conformation and is a happy hacker. Fair enough if you are a novice, but a judge??? Surely she would of seen that in the picture, she is no show piece bless her! Anyways it was really odd and with spelling mistakes (not like I can talk), so I said you would be lucky to get a broken RID Filly (with good bloodlines) for less than £5000, mine is only for sale for £1750 and mine wouldn't be suitable. (If she was an actual judge, and just didn't look at the pictures very well, she would be pissed off coming to see my 'potential show horse' anyways!)

sounds dodgy to me - be careful how much info you give - if ever i get a bad feeling about someone I just lie and say 'sorry he is sold'! (god forgive me!)
