I spoke to D&H earlier in the week to discuss my feeding and advised them that I was feeding Dengie Alfa A and they said that I could use theirs if I wanted to as it is also made by Dengie. However, they do differ lightly in nutritional spec.
We use D&H Alfalfa, have done for years - friend uses Dengie Alfa A until she saw our opened Alfalfa and has now swapped onto that. She said the Dengie to her looks more stickier and doesn't seem as good as quality as the D&H Alfalfa. She said her horses are looking better since swapping and they seem to enjoy the Alfalfa more too. Over the years, we've tried various makes, but always end up back with D&H's.
