Does anyone else feel hard done by?

I picked up the latest copy of Your Horse Magazine yesterday and was disappointed to see that their claims of a FREE 64 Page Magazine was no more than part of the magazine itself which would have been there anyway. Worse still, I looked in their new league tables of dressage to find myself listed under the wrong section which I wouldn't mind so much if they hadn't downgraded me a level!

I have contemplated taking it back to the shop and asking for my money back and I certainly won't be buying it again and wondered if anyone else felt hard done by in this way?

No point taking it back to the shop but I would definitely complain to Your Horse. If you can ever send an email. Tried to complain a while ago and it kept bouncing back saying their inbox was ALWAYS full.

Give the editorial dept a call and lodge a complaint. I would doubt that a shop would take the mag back.

I tried about 100 times to complain about an obese labrador. Gave up eventually.
