find their feet slip out of Sprenger stirrups? Is it the soles of my boots lacking grip? Or the treads not grippy enough? I don't have this problem with other stirrups. I am thinking of trying the 'cheesegrater' tread but can't find any with the flexi stirrup. Any ideas? Thanks
 
No, never had a problem with my Sprengers and have use them for jumping, hunting, etc. for past four years.
Absolutely brilliant. My boots are Ariat so reasonably grippy rubber sole.
 
I have the sprenger bow strirrups and have cheesgrater treads got them, think it was townfields I got them from!! Didn't really have a problem wit them slipping before but they def now feel more secure and feels v weird if riding with rubber treads now. You can also put the trends on the other sprenger striups but they will over hang abit so can sctrath your saddle!! (sorry for spelling!)
