Leo walker, interesting article. I wonder why companies punt creatine as a muscle developer when it isn't proven (assuming your article is correct).
Other comments, of course exercise is key, feed will just make fat if it isn't converted to muscle. I am just looking at supplements to enhance the top line, not magically make it appear. If there was something available for a six pack in a can I would be first in the queue ?
I use daily whey protein isolate in my old boys feed when i was trying to help in the development of muscle a few years back now together with consistent schooling/lessons, as it is apparently quite tricky to get muscle/top line development on a Cushings horse in his v late teens, and it did seem to work within months..coincidence.?... I have no idea!
