Or just have one? How do you find it? OH is considering the 2.7l one and I said I'd ask around to see how many horrible problems people were experiencing. So any news or reviews, good or bad.

We have a ML420 and love it. Not wonderful on fuel but we knew it wouldn't be but you don't know it has a trailer on the back. xx
 
I quite fancied one, and was looking at them, but after just re-insuring the Terrano, my company said they only insure genuine 4x4's and don't class the M class and BMW x5's as genuine 4x4's, so I would have to cancel and go with another company, that would lose me about £100.00 so I left it.

Anyway I would be interested in comments on the 2.7 as maybe next year I will be looking again, if you get one let us all know how it performes.
 
That's weird pedantic. How do you define 'proper' 4x4 if it isn't whether it has 4wd or not?!

Who knows what we'll end up getting. Such a blimming minefield
