Ive just bought a pair of these (thanks to a reccomendation on here) and I love them, they are so soft, but im just wondering how to clean them?

They are just for competition use only so won’t get covered in mud , but I want to keep the leather in good condition etc.

They are made from calf skin leather so im guessing normal boot polish will ruin them?

I use boot polish on mine had them 2 years now x

Maybe use the stubben cream for saddles x

I ordered mine at Olympia due end of Feb so excited!! :) Told my mum -groom that I will buy her a nice towel so every time I ride she can give them a clean when I get on....... You can only imagine what she said next lol!

Thanks tinks the stubben cream would work I should think!

The only reason I didnt want to use black polish is that they have the white stiching on them so I didnt want to stain it black, but I belive you can get clear boot polish, or did I just dream that one?!

Ellie - good plan ! My mum already has a damp cloths - one for wiping horse slobber off the horse and another for wiping slobber off my boots (we have a very slobbery horse!).
