Livery yards being sold, and what happens been told this morning that our yard is being sold, they are hoping it stays going as a yard but they obviously can make the new owners, they are saying it could take ages to go through!!!

Just moved her so a little gutted!!

To be honest, I don't really know, but like they say, it could take a long time!! Selling a business is not like seling a car!!

You YO should keep you informed really of whats going on, although, I gues they dn't have too!! All you can do is carry on with your day to day stuff, and if the worse comes to the worse and you have to move, I would think the new owners should give you time to find somewhere... maybe an idea to start looking for any yards near by, and let them know of your situation... you never know!

I would think your yard would be for sale as a business rather than just stables and land, so anyone looking at buying maybe looking at buying into an already established livery yard, therefore, you shouldn't really be too affected.

Good luck!!
