Does anyone have photoshop or something that will help me???

I am trying to finalise the design on my horsebox, but my computer will not let me edit the images

The guy designing it has sent me the image he is suggesting, but I want to make some tweaks to it that I can't do and I am getting really angry

OK... what is the best way to send the image?

I want it to look like one I have seen on Annard website, so could send the link for that!

Can you tell I have been trying to do this for hours with paint, photobucket... everything! I even have it as a PDF but that has now disappeared!!!

I would like the ones on my box to be strectched and brought up a bit like the ones on the Annard one
