Hiiiiiii.

Long time no check in. Sorry. Everything is good. Henry is a dude. I'm just being rubbish and have lost all my horse confidence so find the horse talk a bit upsetting so I'm staying away...

BUT HHO is the best place for random questions so here I am.

Does anyone have this lead?

What I'm looking for in a waist belted lead, preferably with a bungee/elasticated section BUT ALSO a "traffic handle" at the right length for a tall-ish human walking a short-arse dog.

I currently have both an eazidog version and a ruffwear version and with both I have to stoop down to hold the traffic handle for Henry dog.

Oh you want a picture for your trouble? Demanding!

If noone knows, noone knows. I can just buy it and see! But thought I would ask.

One of the canicross places (lineout or bono lines for example) can probably custom make you a lead to whatever you want specification wise.

I have that lead! Don’t rate it for walking about town, fine for walks with plenty of space and have used for running with it round my waist, Canicross style. Need a new “town” lead without the bungee - the handle below the bungee is too low for me with my Manchester terrier, for close control around traffic. And he knows darned well it’s a bungee lead and uses it to his advantage, the clever little thing 😂

Could you measure the handle for me, ponyparty? Like from clip to where the traffic handle part ends? Sounds like it is too short anyway, so dont worry if you can't measure, but Henry is a little bit taller than a Manchester Terrier so there is a slim chance!

I think I'm going to have to find someone to make one for me.

Goose has a Henry-esque quaff, given that Henry’s hasn’t disappeared, I’m going to have to concede that it is unlikely that Goose’s will either. 😃

I rarely venture into the horsey sections now, it’s too much, having no horse anymore.🙁 Please don’t disappear.
