Does anyone insure their horse with AmTrust Equine?

Hi i just wondered if anyone was insured with AmTrust Equine?

I got a quote from them and they seem really friendly and helpful and the quote they provided was really reasonable.

I hadnt heard of them before i saw their ad in h&h so i was wondering what the general opinion was before i go ahead and set up cover for my boy.

They used to be underwriters for Euqestrian Direct then started doing insurance on their own.

Via Equestrian Direct they paid out for my boys suspensory opp, navicular treatment and finally loss of use.

AliBabe is right they used to be the underwriters for Equestrian Direct. I insured with ED originally and AmTrust paid up very quickly on a claim when I was with them. I have now gone direct to AmTrust for both my horses.
