Does anyone know Monty?

When the vet came to stitch poor Monty's cut he asked me about his history and I realised I know very little about him.

He's about 18-19 years old. His passport says 16.1HH ID/TB but he looks to be mostly TB and bigger since he has REALLY high withers. He is dark bay with little scars on his withers.

He is supposedly an ex-eventer. He came from Essex/Kent until he was sold to a lady in Norwich about 3 years ago. He has a nerve block in one of his hind legs and terrible feet. Would love to hear from anyone who used to know him.

Does he have a show name that he came with to you as you may be able to search British Eventing?

He was a rescue so I have no idea what his show name is.You can see his face in that photo but I haven't figured out how to put photos on my computer from my new camera. I'm a bit thick when it comes to technology! I shall investigate and put some up.

Cheers lovely. Hopefully he'll be back tomorrow. He's still got stitches in but he's going crazy in the stable! I'll give you a buzz when he's better so we can go for a ride x
