Does anyone know Mr Popely?

Hi there,
I've been trying to find out the history of my horse and from information found on the BSJA website it stated that Mr Popely rode my boy in a number of shows. I think this may be John Popely, but not sure. Can anyone shed some light? Or does anyone know him and can he remember riding Charlie II??

On the record, does it say Mr Popely's BSJA no. If it does, PM it to me, and I can tell you if it's John. If it is him, you could then contact him directly and ask him.
 
I know him but havent spoken to him for years !! the bsja will give you his phone number to contact him if you ask - maybe ring and speak to him yourself ?? he is a nice guy !!
