Does anyone know of a good instructor in Leicestershire?

I'm looking for a really good instructor who will come out and teach me on my horse at home. I'm in south-west Leicestershire and need someone who can instruct up to advanced-medium dressage but also can help with jumping. I'm in a bit of a mess as my instructor keeps letting me down and I desperately need some help!
