Does anyone know of a good rehabilitation center around west sussex?

Does anyone know of a equine rehabilitation center in the west sussex area? My lovely AQHA mare is being released from the vet hospital following a very bad front end injury. I'm trying to find a place that takes great care of the horses that is set up to do massage, hand walking and turnout 7 days a week. Anyone have any suggestions?

If you are not too far from Surrey, try Parley Brook Farm- a friend of mine sent a couple of her horses there for treatment and recuperation after serious injury and was very happy with the standards of care.
