Does anyone know these riding schools? (Herts/Bucks)

I am currently horse less after having to leave my loan horse, i'd like to keep riding esp as i need a little confidence boost and was wondering if anyone knows anything about the following places, good or bad?

I'm not looking for anywhere special, would rather have good horses and instructors than posh surroundings! It's a long time since i've had to look and haven't heard too much about places these days. If anyone knows of places in the same area or surrounding please let me know.

The schools are:
Hastoe Hill, Tring
High Herts, Hemel
Kings Langley riding school.

I would use Rose Hall Farm in Sarratt, it has a website if you google. For me they are the best in the area.

I think i went there as a kid many years ago, hopefully i could find a way up there as don't drive and can't rely on other half every time!

I would also use Rose Hall Farm, I do know all three listed above as well . If you want something to share I know of a couple in the area too so send me a PM if you do!

Saw your other post and edited to say I think its on or near a bus route too, wherabouts are you based (as sister goes there occasionally and its the only one I will let her ride at in the area - could potentially give lifts)?

I think i went there as a kid many years ago, hopefully i could find a way up there as don't drive and can't rely on other half every time!

Depends where you live? Mind you whichever way you come from there are a few big hills to content with

I'm the othger side of Hemel, in Berkhamsted. I don't mind a couple of hills just not a 2 hour trek before a lesson!

Would avoid High Herts!! Not sure what KL is like these days.. Rose hall has a good rep round here but never been myself

Tanks, i wasn't sure about HH after a not too great experience when i was about 11, some years ago but you never know if diff people are running places now.

Have heard good things about Rose Hall! I actually learnt to ride at Hastoe (about 14 years ago...) but no idea what it's like now
