Cut a long story short , this horse was brought by a woman I know And was described for a 13 yr girl , this is not the case
He is a 15.3 bay gelding , sire craigsteel dam molls choice brought over from ireland in october 2010 we think previous name was deano brought from s e horses in staplehurst kent in july 2011

thanks guys , i will pass info on , do you know if breeders and previous owners will still be on passport database , she wants to try and get in contact with previous owners to see what he has done before he was brought over , she trying to fill in the gaps , and dealer wont tell her nothing regards to him ,but if he was unbroken it explains why he does what he does , he doesnt even know how to long rein

The best thing is to ring Weatherbys first, explain that you need to contact the breeder and would they be so kind as to forward on a letter to them for you because they will be unable to give you the name and address owing to data protection. They might suggest you get in touch with the Irish office instead and will be able to give you that address.
Then you (owner) needs to write a letter for the breeders, enclose a sae with her details on, put them in a stamped envelope but leave it blank except for in top left corner in small writing, quote the DOB and breeding (this is so it doesn't get mislaid in their office) then write a covering note for Weatherbys. Be warned not to be disappointed if you have no reply but if you do all you can to make it easier for them to reply to you (sae as many might not like emails/texts/calls) there might be a better chance of success. Good luck.

can someone help shred some light , we are not 100% sure if this is the right horse that information has been given some of it doesnt match up , i have done my own research and there is no other horse the same by craigsteel and molls choice , i am so confused , here is the rest of info i found yesterday by currunt owner , that she was given when horse was sold through auction

on his passport it has date of birth 13th may 2006 on info it has 17 th may 2007
the auction was dated 18/10/2010 for vet cert
breeder mary devereux and vendor claire limerick
it has chestnut on passport
i can not find any other horse that is by same sire and dam and breeder or vendor i can not find no info on any idears,
ive looked at ned and weatherby

Is he bay or chestnut, the mare did have a chestnut in 2006 but your OP said bay so we looked for the bay which is the reference to the sales.

where would the chestnut details be ? i couldnt find any details regards to chestnut
it has bay on passport but chestnut on auction cert ,
