It is that sells discounted hacking jackets.
If memory serves me it was a company that had end of lines & odd sizes. It wasn't one of the main equestrian ones.

I know estate supplies (they have an online shop) have literally 1000's they are in the process of getting rid of as they are closing. All at good prices. There is also a place called Two Times Tack in Bucks but no online shop, have to visit but seriously good prices
