try contacting horseware as some of their rugs use clips instead of buckles. What area are you in a know a lady in the South Wales area that will alter rugs to your speicifaction maybe she could help

Cheers i've e mailed a couple of rug companies, then ended up making one myself.

I may end up with a naked horse in the morning lol.
