does anyone make there own fly repelant?

if so what do they put in it? last yr i put white vinegar with euclyptus (sp) and cintronella!

I make up some really strong tea and leave it to stew till its cold add some citronella oil some tea tree oil a splash of fairy and some distilled vinegar, seems to work for me.

I make it up as I go along but in a large squirty bottle I put the following:

1/4 dettol
1/4 baby soft bodywash
1/2 water
Lavender oil
Citronella oil
Eucalyptus oil
Teatree oil
Sandlewood oil

Seems to do the trick and smells lovely
