whos giles and what did he say/do? i'm soooooooooo not getting it!!!!

He walks his dogs through a wood of deer (classed as flushing) Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum think he should shoot them all in the name of welfare. They lack an understanding of maintaining a healthy herd, but then again if they are of the Barronsdown stock it is pretty clear why.

It isn't just us that think that it should be illegal to flush out deer without shooting them it is also the massive majority of MPs and also the British people.

No one who genuinely cares about wild mammals would be against a law that requires people to take all reasonable steps to have them shot dead as soon as possible by a competant person.

The British people are animal loving which is why they want them shot dead as soon as possible by a competant person.

Really? You look at the stats re animal cruelty/negligence e.t.c and you me wish to retract that statement.

One of the most serious forms of negligence is neglecting to kill mammals that one flushes out of bushes when out with a dog.

The Hunting Act requires animals to be shot because it is cruel not to. Your twisted view of animal welfare might be that it is not always in the interests of a flushed out animal to be killed but the law which reflects the majority view states otherwise.

When an animal is flushed out it neglects its interests not to shoot it.
