Hello, not sure if this is the right section to put this in!! I have a wonderfull chestnut mare, Matty, aged about 20yrs. I got her 7 years ago from Sally Bennett's 'livery' yard in Leicestershire. We were told that she had hunted in Leicestershire with an elderly woman and was then sold to a dealer and ended up at Sally's. She is a great hunt horse - except she doesnt jump!!!! She loves small logs but will point blank refuse the smallest hedge or ditch. She is very well schooled - half pass, travers no problems. She is very identifiable as she has several large sarcoids on the inside of her right hind leg. Matty is with me for life but I would love to know her background. She is so well schooled someone has spent alot of time with her. Any ideas?
