Does anyone recognise these boots?

I'm doing a bit of horse related shopping (a favourite hobby) and I've come across these boots. They look like the sort of thing I'm after but I've never seen these exact boots before. The brand name is 'Performance'.

Does anyone have any experience with them? Are they any good? Should I part with my hard earned cash?

Are they a plastic type boot???
Many, many years ago I had a pair that had a similar inside to those. Mine were white with a blue band around them. I had got it into my head that they were a German make.
If so they were fantastic and I was gutted when the final starp gave up the ghost going xc one day!
