Just wondering !?!
this could be long - but found i can see the light!
ps sorry if you feel this is irrelevant (just a nice story for the evening!), without any trolls and i feel this is 'slightly!?!?! comp riders related!

I have had so many problems with my position (dressage) having a knockon effect to the grey bouncy thing - when i can get my leg back and onto his ribs - (obvs not too far back!) and beneth me he suddenly loosens up and he really gets swingin and puts his head down!
i really thought it was me being incompetent (and so did my trainer
) that i just couldnt get that position - so much so recently i gave up trying, focusing on other aspects of my riding
visited a foot specialist about having pain in my feet (not neccessarily when riding, more a constant thing) to find i have a mortons neuroma in each foot which is my bones affecting my nerves due to my achellies tendon being too tight..
hence - me wanting to push my foot foward and not beneth me!

am very happy as i now feel i am not an incompetron
(and have ditched the trainer)(not purley for that reason!)
i have been given exercises to do and have been told it should improve! YAY!
so how many of you visit the physio regularly? be it for anything else? i didnt think there was a proper reason for my position but am relived there is light!
bit of christmas cake or mince pies to all!!
