Luckily, no-one at my yard seems like that. There a couple of people who know they're stuff, which is really useful, but no-one tells anyone else how they should do this or that and everyone just gets stuck in

Sure, there some yard politics but I just don't get involved and it's usually happy enough.

Seriously though, I dont have enough time to interfere with other people. I do my horse, occasionally have a chat and then go home to my nice warm house.

Everyone on my yard seems to mind their own business and just get on with it. We all go at different times of the day so usually just pass each other. No one gives their opinion if its not asked for and no one looks down on anyone else. We have a huge variety of horses on the yard but each one suits its owner.

You also get the sterotypical person who says they will break your horse in for you

and that they will get her/him going really well .

When infact they can't ride for sh1t and who can't even get their own horse going very well .

Also the person wants the advice but never actually takes it and does the total opposite and then has the audacity to ask for help when something has gone wrong

I have a place of my own just me and my partner so no petty people to pi$$ me off.

But do have spaces to take people on if i wish but dont think i could be a**ed with it.

lol refer to my post about 'bullshitters', so yes we do have one on our yard.

her horse injured itself on sunday and she's been in tears all week saying shes done a tendon and she's gong to chuck her out in a field and put her in foal. She got the vet out today, and there apparently nothing wrong with the horse, its leg isn't swollen any more and she can go back into work tomorrow!!!
I shall investigate later when I go up there...
