It's difficult to tell from that photo - take a couple of photos from the ground, level with his hoof and further away -when he isn't wearing boots!

In what way do you think they look strange? Not sure if you are joking because of the boots...

I did think earlier that your horse does seem to have quite long hooves in one of your other pics and nearly mentioned it then but I'm no expert
