Hi everyone, just new to this :)
I was wondering if anyone has tried v calm or mellow by James hart? I have recently bought a 8 yr old mare who has been " having a break" for the last 3 months as I've been doing exams. Anyhow she is highly strung and would like to try her on one of these supplements to see if it helps before I attempt to ride her again.
Thank you for your help.

Yes it's brilliant, ive been using it on my WB who due having a long period of box rest & now being T/O was becoming rediculous to handle on the walk out to his T/O pen & back.

Put him on V-calm & he is a dream to handle it really is good stuff. Obviously it's not Comp legal but if your not competing then theres nothing to worry about.

another vote for yes for the Vcalm, it worked wonders on my friends cob who could be a total bu**ger.
And I double dosed my horse on it one day after he'd got himself in a right state (sweaty, bargy, unable to stand still) when the hunt went past our yard, and he was like a donkey for the farrier the next day!

Another vote! Fab stuff! The Mellow is an absolute godsend sometimes too :D

It's not competition legal though, as it has Valeranic Acid in (from the Valerian) :)
