Does this sort of livery exist (in the Surrey area)

Does anyone know of livery offering any of the following please? - Dry lots available - Track system where barefoot isn't a requirement - Stable livery in summer/out 24/7 in winter in the Guildford/ Surrey area please? I know most the yards in my area and don't know of any that are particularly well set up for good doers but thought it had to be worth asking on here!

Emma Wickerson has just set up a new yard in Horsley. She might be worth contacting to see if she could help accommodate you? She offers full and part livery - did have 3 DIY spaces but not sure if they are still available.

Where in Ripley? I work in the village and thought I knew all the yards there and surrounding area.

Chaps89, I don't know of anything round the nw Surrey area that ticks all your boxes, but will keep ears and eyes open

There's a couple of yards in Ripley that I know of but none with a natural approach as far as I'm aware, Google isn't throwing anything up either?

Would just love for fatty to be not such a fatty! So it doesnt have to have dry lots/tracks etc but just to be set up in a way conducive for a (very) good doer. I can provide references too and believe us to be nice liveries should that make any difference

I used to be at a lovely yard in Ripley, who were very accommodating for all sorts. There is a yard down on the green in Ripley that are quite 'natural', can't remember the name though.
